Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates, paying particular attention to diversity initiatives
Correlate with recruiting assistants and others to confirm all candidates receive appropriate care and attention
Sourcing candidates from various resources like headhunting, job portals, references, and networking sites
Design and post job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (In terms of responsiveness, quality and costs) and execute the open requisition as per the given timelines
