Directed a team of financial professionals to analyze fiscal and business operations for a $52 million distributor of industrial grade prefabricated cabling, conduits and wiring assemblies. As a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), transformed and implemented a new infrastructure framework with emphasis on streamlining the purchase of products and services, cost-control, risk mitigation, third party relationship management, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, process improvements, engagement strategy and tracking of key performance indicators (KPI’s).

§Performed month-end/year-end close, financial statement preparation and budget variances. Assisted management to resolve variances.

§Responsible for reconciling perpetual inventory records versus the General ledger. Investigated variances and made general entries to correct inventory valuations.
