SUMMARY OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBIOITIES
Monitoring Implementation and Company HSE Policy, Plan and Procedure.
Liaison with Client
Safe work activities in Tie-ins’ and Hot bolting
Monitoring Pre-Commission Activities
Conducting site inspection and walk through

To ensure hydro test work is performing safely and all precaution has taken and relevant documents is available at site.
To check the scaffold during erection and dismantling period and ensure to implement the green tag prior to use.
