Objective of this project was to leverage the Enterprise IBM ECM platform. As part of the proposed solutions for the client, the Dispute Process workflow of the ECM platform within Bank will be designed, built and tested on the IBM Case Manager which will help to automate the Dispute Processing for all the scheme systems, help in reducing the error rate in dispute lodgment by branches and provide les burden on operations and distribution teams.
Roles and responsibilities –
Orchestrated a successful SAFe Agile adoption within the Enterprise content management team
Successfully built a self-sustainable cross functional team which excels in delivery through adoption of scrum and SAFe practices.
Key player in maintenance and enhancement of processes.
Actively participated and led all ceremonies like Standups, Scrum of Scrums for Agile Release Train (ART), Program increment sessions, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, Retrospective, System Demo, Reunification, Unity Hour during each Iteration, discovery session, playback meetings and bubble up meetings

Objective of both projects were to develop an Enterprise Data Warehouse solution using IBM Insurance Industry Warehouse (IIW) and IBM Banking Industry Warehousing (BIW) data models respectively through a phased consolidation of existing Data Warehouse and Data Marts.
