Nissan Corporate Headquarters – (Contract) Payroll Analyst - 2016

· Executed multi-state bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried Nissan North America employees. Executed multi-state garnishments. Helped resolve payroll issues through the Nissan HR Service Center employee website. Initiated a garnishment vendor clean-up project.

Yates Services – Nissan Assembly Plant - Payroll Specialist - 2006 - 2016

· Processed multi-state payroll for up to 7,000 hourly and salaried employees. Administering timesheets, downloading timekeeping files, check printing and ACH file submittal. Resolved payroll issues by working with both Yates and Nissan management, as well as direct contact with Yates employees. Entered I-9, direct deposit and W2 documentation. Executed payroll garnishments. Entered new hire and termination paperwork (including benefits). Involved in job recruitment fairs, performing background checks and orientations. Masthead International - Contract Administrator – 2005 (Field office closed)

· Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the field office in the absence of our Senior Engineer. Expense reporting, set up purchase orders, performed vendor credit checks, AP/AR processing and coding. Collected payroll information from jobsites, arranged and brokered transportation for equipment to be delivered to job sites, selected and gave discretionary rate approvals in absence of SE. Maintained job books and safety records and printed blueprints for specs.

Transportation and Warehouse Administrator - 1996 - 2004

· Administrative liaison for the transportation and warehouse offices, processed and coded AP/AR. Processed expenses, payroll for all departments, tracked attendance and gave oral and written reprimands. Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of employee files, kept DOT training records and logs updated, notified drivers of impending notifications and registrars related to their DOT records. Recruited driver and warehouse employees and maintained relationships with contract companies to provide temp services as needed.
