Currently working as Service Engineer, with Mustafa Sultan Science & Industry LLC (Dealer Partner of Natus & Philips in Oman) since 13th July 2015, it is fastest growing company field of medical equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:-

Heading service for all neurological products over country.

Responsible to perform preventative and routine maintenance on installed equipment in a professional manner.

Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing systems i.e. hardware and software or to IT type problems PCs, network or servers.

Responsible for all single systems or large networked systems installation.

Responsible for technical support to customers both on site and via the phone or remote access
