Bath Iron Works- BIW- General Dynamics- Bath, ME.
Position: Area Supervisor and Area Manager- Bath.
Responsible for the Safety, Quality, Duration and Cost of outfitting and fabricating US Navy
Destroyers ship’s units. (DDG1000 and DDG 51) Supervised and managed multi -trade Supervisors and skill trades. Safety Audits and member of the Safety team and ESP teams. Supervisor’s school trained. Duration- Aug. 2012 to June 2014.

Supervised and managed a diverse UAW workforce. Responsible for shift communication. Duration- June 2007 to May 2009.

Position: Production Specialist- 2nd shift.
Responsible for the manufacturing operations for the M4 and M16 rifles for US govt.
Duties include scheduling work flow, communication between shifts, inspections and disciplinary actions. Supervised and managed a diverse UAW workforce.
