Worked as Safety Officer in GREENLINE UNDERGROUND DOHA METRO (QATAR METRO) from July 2017 to December 2018.

Worked as HSE Officeron HARDI ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION LTDPETROCHEMICAL & OIL REFINERY JOBinHazira Surat, Gujarat from Feb 2016 to March 2017

Worked for REFRIGERATION INDUSTRIES COMPANY’SPROJECT POWER PLANT 500 MWas HSE Officer from May 2014 to Nov 2015.

Worked in PTA PLANT PROJECT by LARSEN & TOUBRO LIMITED as HSE Officer from July 2012 to Mar 2014.

Job Responsibilities:-

Ensure implementation of emergency procedures, first aid facilities and safety signages.

Provide safety induction & STARRT Briefing for new employees. 1 P a g e

Ensure project PPE is resourced &available.

Ensure good safety practice is managed & maintained.

Prepare accident, incident reports and recommended corrective actions resulting from investigations and conduct periodic follow-up.

Supervise lifting activities and compile & carry out toolbox talks, as necessary.

Check that the work permit is complete and signed off, ensure safety precautions mentioned in permit is fulfilled before start of work.

Carry out weekly and monthly inspection, and ensure proper closeout of issues identified.

Assist company safety officer for site audits and inspection.

Conduct emergency drills, carry out necessary Fire prevention & protection on site.

Safety posters, board, publications and Safe working methods on the heights.

Ensure strict implementation of Color coding system on all lifting gears and accessories.

Correct Signaling of cranes & other heavy equipment operation.

Preparation of various Safety documentations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as applicable.

Conduct Safety Campaigns and communicate HSE Alerts - Lessons learned

Carry out LUX (Illumination) and Noise monitoring.

Prepare COSHH Assessments for hazardous substances using MSDS as a guide.

Visual inspection and preparation of checklist forFire extinguishers, Gas cutting set, Scaffolding, full body harness, plant and equipment & electric power tools and liaison with relevant departments for detailed written inspections and report.
