Project Site: Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) and Joint Operations (Chevron) through Al-Khorayef Petroleum Company, Kuwait

2012 Jan to 2017 June: Senior Field Service Engineer with below duties & responsibilities:

Daily analyses monitoring reading of ESP wells and well start-up/Troubleshooting. Analyze and records the performance of ESP wells on a daily basis.

Prepared all reports such as call-out, pull-out, installation and function Test, service tickets and communicating the same with the client.

Diagnose problem and recommend or implement appropriate solution for surface problems including electrical, solids production, gas-locking pumps and insufficient fluid production.

Responsible for pre-commissioning & commissioning surface equipment including transformer, drive, switchboard,VSD Calculate required surface voltage, designate proper transformer connections and wire size, set up surface equipment and ensure system safety devices are installed and functioning.

Prepares loading note, delivery note, and material requisition from stores and checks all equipment before loading and off-loading.

Assisted in the pre-delivery inspection of ESP downhole equipment before using them on the well site.

Assisted in the tear down of ESP equipment (DIFA) to find the cause of the failure and implement appropriate mitigation method

Performs ESP Installation with Y-Tool, Shroud and do Pull-Out with the same.

Worked with the Zenith, Oxford, and GRC Downhole Sensor.

Responsible for function Test ESP and analyze the performance of the pump and fixing it in the proper running range.

Perform cable preparation, cable splicing and assisted in cable repairs.

Do all works with the JSA, Standard operation procedure, Work instruction and follows safe working practice in the workshop, field

Valid KOC HOT work permit holder.

Perform specialized electrical work including repair on VSD’s, troubleshooting downhole pressure systems, converting switchboard wiring between different controller types.

Complete necessary paperwork for equipment identification and tracking, inventory control. Ensure periodic maintenance and repairs are made to the company vehicle. 2017 June to present working as Operation Supervisor with below duties and responsibility

Actively supervise projects by ensuring that all tasks are accomplished in conformance with HSE policies and all contractual requirements are completed timely

Work collaboratively with Operations, Inspection, Reliability and Maintenance Teams to utilize appropriate technical resources for design and installation support.

Ensure that all new equipment meets the goals of safe operations and long-term reliability and maintainability

Manage resources within business line ( 800 oil wells) to achieve company and client project goals, including budgeting, cost control, planning, tickets and resource allocation.

Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure providing the required equipment such as VSD, transformers and generators with the required spare parts

Ensure all ESP & PCP related SOPs document are in place and periodically reviewed.

Close working with power generation team to analyze problems and find the solution to increase the equipment running life and optimize the oil production.

Inspects work progress/completed work through site visits and/or review of work records to ensure proper and timely execution.

Supervise the trouble shooting works of surface equipment failures which is related to artificial lift application: Down hole ESP, VSD, Switchboard and Transformers,

Develop and maintain a process that ensures proper well monitoring and data utilization for production optimization purposes.

Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources

Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objective

Review the failure analysis by performing DIFA for each failure of ESP/PCP equipment and the root cause of the failures to avoid it during the next equipment design and installation.

Maintain client relationship by providing the client requirement on timely manner Training and certificates

Attended 50 hours training program on “Theory and applied skills for the application and operation of Electrical Submersible Pumping Systems” in Kuwait conducted by the Alkhorayef Petroleum Training School.

Attended 50 hours training program on “WSP VSD and Motor Controller programing and troubleshooting” conducted by Alkhorayef Saudi Operation. Academic Qualification
