Tesla – Sparks, NV. Quality & Production Improvement, Change Management, 3/2018 to Present

Working Tesla Model 3 module semi-automated battery line with 50 team members.

Completed time and motion studies and made recommendations for workstation efficiency.

Built prototype workstations to increase productivity that was adopted throughout the department.

Instrumental in increasing production from 200 to 2800 modules a day over a three-month period, meeting Elon Musk’s mandate of 5000 model 3 vehicles per week by June 30th, 2018.

Responsibilities included oversight of aircraft airworthiness and of major and minor inspection and repair, and compliance with all FAA, DOT and OSHA safety regulations for two jets and all Houston facilities and operations.

Implemented Total Quality Management (TQM) processes within the department improving organizational effectiveness.
