BOILER WATER TREATMENT LAB ANALYSIS OF OPERATION PARAMETER MAINTAINS.

Tract removable corrosion and scale formation. Specification of all Parameter according within quality maintains to dosing system reporting update record submit.

Determine online meter (pH, SC, CC), swan meter, Sodium analyzer, flower meter, calibration maintains to ppm. Cat-ion conductivity column regeneration and maintains µS/cm calculation.

DESALINATION PLANT OPWRATION OF LAB ANALYSIS PARAMETER MAINTAINS;

Raw water removed (NOM) natural organic material Shock dosing (chlorination), Fecl3 H2SO4,Dual media filter (DMF), MMF, Ultrafiltration (UF), Microfiltration (MF) operation to SMBS (Dechlorination), ORB, dual media filter rate, Turbidity, SDI maintain.

Determine sea water and out fall sample AAS method report submit.

RO-First pass, second pass feed water, permit, reject,% of Recovery flow, salt pass, rejection, calculation, differential pressure, Fouling monitoring .

RO- membranes, UF, MF alkaline &acid effective chemical (CIP- STPP, EDTA, citric, DPNPA) cleaning, Micron filter replace and serves.

Portable water adds chemical are preparation Nalco, NaF, CO2, Lime dosing (ppm) parameter test analysis of stander method in lab.
