Front Desk Agent
Fourseasons Kingdom Tower Hotel
I started working at The Fourseasons kingdom Tower as a Front Desk Agent. At this work experience, I have gained the view of another hospitality outlook of another international standard luxury hotel. The level of guests I dealt with in this hotel was more high-class and high-standard, and the intersection with the sales and catering team became more vivid. I got used to the latest OPERA interface, and often used MS Word and Excel to create sheets to manage the guest’s arrival and departure reports. I also figured out important security procedures when dealing with ‘VIP’ guest class, and when to contact with the security team in the hotel regarding security issues.
