Planning and Control Engineer, Makati Development Corporation, Philippines West Super Block Projects (The Suites – 66 Storey Residential Tower, West Super Block Retail – 6 floors retail with 6 basements, BPO Office Tower – 27 Storey Office tower & One Bonifacio High Street Infrastructure Green Spine) The West Super Block is a high-end commercial and retail complex which is part of the Bonifacio High Street located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines. The project consists of residential and office building on top of commercial retail complex and other amenities. MDC took charge of the design and build services. MDC used construction technologies such as Trans-slab and Precast walls. The innovative buckling-restrained braces, post-tensioned slab, Gridflex and Multiflex formworks systems are being used for the construction of the project. Other innovation deployed during the construction includes RIB software.
