Checking drawing of :- Reactor, Centrifuge, Dryer, Heat exchanger, Vessel, Tank.

Checking Measurement and Bill.

Preparing Documents i.e. JSA, DQ, IQ, OQ IVR as per cGMP.

Follow Standard operating Procedures. (SOP’s)

Identification of unsafe act/condition and efforts towards elimination and compliance to job safety analysis.

To make sure Workers using PPE’s.

2. MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

Preventive Maintenance of Process Reactor, Dryer, Centrifuge, Sparkler filters.

Pumps Maintenance Centrifugal Pump, Vacuum pumps.

3. UTILITY DEPARTMENT

Compressor, Cooling tower, Daily Report
