Identification of unsafe act/condition and efforts towards elimination and compliance to job safety analysis.

To make sure Workers using PPE’s.

Preventive Maintenance of Process Reactor, Dryer, Centrifuge, Sparkler filters.

Pumps Maintenance Centrifugal Pump, Vacuum pumps.

Compressor, Cooling tower, Daily Report
