JOB PROFILE: - COMMISSIONING & MAINTENANCE: -

I have hands on experience of Calibration, Installation, Termination, line check, loop check and loop functional test on DCS console for all types of Instrument on different types of system like DCS, ESD, PSD, F & G, Allen Bradley,, Honeywell TDC 3000 system and different types of PLC’s like ABB 800M, Bentley Nevada and Siemens PCS 7. Check all loop functional tests & study all Technical Documents hook up, P & ID drawings, loop wiring diagrams, Shutdown Logic Diagram, Alarm system wiring Diagram, ESD Functional Chart etc. with using universal tester ma/mv signal Generator, HART Communicator (375,475), Hand water pump, Portable Pneumatic Calibration, Equipment, Reference Pressure Gauge, Multi service signal Generator Frequency, Pulse etc. Functional tests performed to verify all inputs & outputs signal including accessories such as push buttons, MOS, POS, lamps, alarm, Generators loop input signal using the first Components, of the loop (transmitters & Switches) to final control elements of the loop such as control valves, on- off valves, lamps, pumps, fans, agitators etc.

WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF: -

Installation, testing & calibration of Smart transmitter like Pressure, level, flow, temperature, Radar type transmitter, Magnetic flow meter, Vortex flow meter Pressure, level & vibration switches, I have good experience in calibration & maintenance of various types of control valves, valve positioner Valtek, Metso, Mesoneilan, Fisher control, Flow serve, Valtek and different types of ON – OFF Valves.
