Operational knowledge of PSA unit, used to purify Hydrogen gas (5500 NCMH)

Naphtha Feed treatment ( Hydro-treating and De-sulphurization carried out in the

Presence of “COMO and ZNO” respectively)

Operation and troubleshooting of VFD operated Balance Draft Furnace (Reformer)

NG Compressor (2400 NM3/Hr. @ 21kg/cm2) manufacture by MITSUI engineering TOYKO JAPAN

Loading of Catalyst, Cold and Hot start up, Hot Knock Out and Cold Knock out Drum.

Reciprocating Single stage double acting compressors are used to compress hydrogen 15.0kg to 30kg/cm2

Amine Treating Unit:

Worked as Sr. Field Operator, DCS System of (Honeywell C-300 Exprion) Gas Sweetening, and sour water stripping units.

Capacity 2261 NM3/Hr DEA Sour Gas Sweating Unit.

DEA Amine Based Acid Gases (H2S) Removal unit.

DCS of Honeywell Based on TDC 3000x Experian (PKS -401) operates the unit.

Sour Water Unit:

Capacity 7.035m3/hr

Refinery Sour water rich in (H2S, NH3) are treated in sour water stripper.

A fuel acid gas is routed to sulfur recovery section and treated water to Crude Distillation unit.

Job Description:

HMU Console Operator “Dates Employed Sep 2017 – Present”.

Reads and analyzes specifications, schedules, logs, and test results to determine changes to equipment controls required to produce specified product.

Observes instruments, gauges, and meters to verify conformance to specified quality and quantity of product.

Inspects equipment and listens for automated warning signals to determine location and nature of malfunction, such as leaks and breakage.

Cleans interior of processing units by circulating steam and nitrogen within unit.

Operates auxiliary equipment and controls multiple processing units during SMR or treating operations.

Steam boil out System Operation at Refinery Hydrogen manufacturing unit.

Oil flushing for lube oil and Control lines of Natural Gas & Hydrogen gas Compressors.

MRT and Solo run of different VFD’s, compressors & pumps motors.

Test run of reciprocating & centrifugal Compressor.

Complete Startup / Shutdown of all the sections of newly erected hydrogen plant by DCS.

110 % plant load guarantee test of HPU.

Loop checking and DCS commissioning and functional test.

Nitrogen purging of pipelines.

Hydro test of heat exchangers.

Furnaces start up activities.

Involves in DCS control in startup.

Chemical cleanings of HP steam header section.

Inspection of equipment’s punch listing & final box up activities of different equipment’s.
