Review job profiles & discuss job specifications with line managers to direct the search effectively and efficiently.
Administer different selection tools/techniques (e.g. assessment centres, psychometric tests, personality analysis, skills testing) to select the top applicants.
Filter applicant resumes shortlist and communicate to the line managers to shortlist & interview further. Conduct interviews in coordination with line manager and run reference checks to identify the best applicants.
Prepare interview report, successful candidates, issue offer letter according to the approved salary structure and negotiate package in liaison with direct manager to attract qualified professionals.
Establish service level agreements & prepare documentation to fulfil Embassy requirements for agencies to hire candidates overseas.
Process E-Wakala thru Enjaz system to delegate visa to agencies as required. Coordinate with agencies for visa stamping status & mobilization of candidates as planned.
Responsible for on-boarding process that included joining ticket, airport pick up, medical insurance, GOSI registration, Iqama issuance etc. in coordination with the concerned departments.
Maintain records in IFS-ERP and publish reports and statistics as required for management & MRM’s.
Reporting progress in Management Meetings & perform other task correspondent to the above or as HC Manager may assign.
