Driven a complex business transformation initiative - Unified Communications ($40MM) across 400 hospitals/clinics/business centers with a team of 35 cross functional IT & business leaders in MN, SD, ND & MT, with a goal to revolutionize Patient experience, while enforcing security & data privacy policies/standards in a regulated environment (HIPAA – PHI/PII).
Led Enterprise Agile transformation - Network infrastructure refresh across 400 locations ($28MM) while enforcing security standards/tools to secure the environment (layered approach); structured the program with adequate resources, funding for Agile execution while reducing the time for execution by 66%.
