Responsible for maintaining/enhancing the OMNI system. This includes any and all Department Of Labor requirements.
Process files from Sungard to load DB2 tables for the OMNI project.
Build a process that reads in XML, loads it to a DB2 staging table to be used by other sub-systems. This process consisted of creation of a new DB2 table that consists of columns document ID, date time stamp and XML date in the form of a CLOB. Special load JCL is used and retrieval of the data is by tier names within begin and end tags. The program to retrieve the data requires PATH parameters to direct the SQL to the correct data tag within the DB2 column structure.
Post OMNI implementation bug fixes.

Responsible for all Payroll and HR functionality company wide. This includes security for
online applications, tax changes, IRS or state and any or all enhancements necessary per
the customer community.

Accomplishments:
During my role as Lead and Developer, the company mandated that all plants would become their own separate Legal Entities. This meant each plant would be responsible for tax reporting to their own state as well as the IRS. I was given 45 days to change, test and implement 100+ programs and ~45 sets of JCL to accomplish this task. There were 2 programs that I transposed the Federal EIN number in and had to rework.
Automated the process to send Direct Deposit information to US Bank.
Automated the process to run Special payrolls for bonus and/or Gift cards.
Tweaked the main payroll program to be more efficient and execute a little faster. This has resulted in one failure over the past 1.5 years. This failure was due to a manual adjustment made that resulted in a negative check amount.
Simplified the Salary Planning process. In 2009 it completed earlier than any other time in recent history.

webMethods developer and production support lead. Responsible for automation and standardization of processing and exchanging information across platforms and between applications. This includes off-shift support on a rotational basis.

Accomplishments:
During my role as a developer I integrated new manufacturing processes into existing manufacturing and financial processes using webMethods 6.1 and BizTalk(2000) technologies.
The PrintStream ERP sent data to BizTalk and some data manipulation was
performed. The data was passed to queues and the FanOut process sent
the data to the receiving systems via MSMQ.
During my role as team lead, the production support group achieved a 98% up time for all production applications interfacing with the webMethods applications by trouble shooting problem areas and providing fixes and enhancements. The group consisted of 4 associates and me. Daily tasks included:
Verify the IS was up and running.
Verify there were no documents stuck in the broker.
Verify that scheduled tasks executed at the appropriate time.
Troubleshoot errors and provide fixes after appropriate regression.
testing was performed.
Track and record errors in the Known Error Database.
Conduct status meeting.

Shut Down/Startup activities that was coordinated in conjunction with
