Architect, develop and support custom software solutions for globally marketed consumer products. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, SOX Auditing, IT QA validation and documented SDLC. Lead contributor for standards and architectures regarding application development. Provides technical recommendations to senior-level management, department directors and VP’s. Highlights include:
Reengineered a large MS Access application used to track labor efficiency in a plant with over 150 production lines. Architected and created new database/data layer and replace purchased software running on an unsecured server used for SAP interface. Utilized .Net 4.5 WCF/SAP .NET Objects, SQL Server/T-SQL, Windows Service/Windows 2012R2 server.
Redesigned a QA problem lot tracking application for a company with over four thousand SKU’s. Brower based standalone application using Json for the lab management portion. Designed specific lot identification areas with layered security and sign off progression throughout the manufacturing process as web ui using C# .Net 3.5. Created Oracle database and Oracle access using Oracle access objects. Designed and managed contractors developing a reporting backend using Crystal Reports.
Developed extensive web services to control SOX Audited security access for a security front end used for forty plus applications in a one million square foot manufacturing facility using both classic ASP and later reengineered for .NET UI.
Designed and created Excel AddIns and web service for a marketing group from a user template. The finished product accessed Oracle Package Development data by way of a web service and loaded/corelated data to replace a manual process saving the marketing department an average of one hundred man hours weekly.
Architected a critical package development application formerly in assorted text files. Transitioned all data to a custom Oracle database I wrote and implemented. The application survived as classic ASP for over ten years at which time I worked with management to redesign a new portal based application in C#.NET 4.0.
Designed and delivered PL/SQL to auto load a purchased SPC Data application through the provided API.
