Architected, designed and implemented secured ACA Healthcare Exchange environments for 12 states. Each of these exchanges were designed as isolated and FIPS compliant modules.
Implemented virtual solutions using VMWare and Citrix technologies that resulted in virtualization of 90% of server infrastructure and 80% of the desktop / laptop environment. This initiative allowed six figure savings in capital expenditures, operational costs, and administrative overhead. In addition, it helped facilitate the organization’s ability to achieve HIPAA / HiTech safe harbor requirements.
Implemented an infrastructure charge back system. The effort significantly reduced misuse of storage and virtual server resources as well as aided in capacity planning. IaaS model allowed us to perform charge back services to sister companies that resulted in reoccurring revenue of 30k / month.
Architected and implemented PCI compliant infrastructure and services for corporate VISA payment processing system.
