Special Achievements:

Getting project approvals from delhi office, getting financial sanctions and acquisition of land after negotiation with different authorities for project site .

Handling workers dispute with management successfully and getting plant operations standardized for max capacity utilization.

Highly hazardous liquid radioactive waste management plant was commissioned successfully which brought India in elite group of few countries in the world.

Designed a set up which will cool the waste canisters for more than 25 years on natural circulation principle which will save tremendous amount of energy in terms of blowing air as this will be natural air circulation process.

Modified and Instrumental in modifications of glass process from phosphate glass process to Borosilicate process. Silicate glass was also developed for special purposes.

We developed the reverse osmosis technology first time in India based on cellulose acetate membrane to treat chemical waste water economically and also helped RCF and many other chemical companies to setup RO based water treatment plants successfully in India
