ACHIEVEMENTS
I was part of a recruitment team that successfully identified, select, recommend and recruit the best candidates to be hired for vacant roles for Bradfield's client companies. In a week we are able to recommend atleast 2 new qualified candidates that has scaled through the recruitment processes we designed to meet with our clients for final action.
I was part of a learning and development team that managed both in-house trainings for staff of Bradfield's clients and also managing open trainings for top officials and executives of some of our clients. We liase with our clients and find out where they might be coming short and propose to organise an in-house training that can enhance the productability of their firm or organization. We get to organise between 1-4 trainings per month.
