1. COINING INSPECTION MACHINE

Role Played: Mechanical design, QC of the parts and Assembly. Skill Used: Solid works drafting and detailing, Fixture design. This machine is specially designed for "Inspecting Parallelism" of safety component. The machine is shipped to USA and the components are used inside the gun. This machine uses an industrial camera system and advanced software algorithms to inspect components according to the norms set by customer. Machine vision system is incorporated to inspect the parallelism of components and to take appropriate qualification decision based upon set metrics for acceptance. The component will be placed on the fixture and it will be slides to the guide to in front of the camera for inspection. The all types of component will be placed on the fixture such a way that Fixture, Ground and component will be parallel. The camera will be process the image and shown the result in the monitor. 2. FCS WASHER INSPECTION MACHINE

Role Played: Proving the machine at customer site, QC of fabrication parts and assembly. Skill Used: Solid works drafting and detailing, Fixture design Machine Vision based Inspection system is designed and implemented automatically inspects the Teflon washer dimensions such as OD, ID, Thickness, both surface and segregate OK and NOK washers separately. The components are fed to the machine by bowl feeder with conveyor mechanism. Each component will be aligned to the center of the conveyor with the help of two guides. A transfer chute is used to transfer the component from conveyor to rotary glass table. On rotary glass table 3 camera stations are there which will be inspect ID-OD and both surfaces of the component. 3 separate bins are there to collect all the segregated components. OK component will be blown to separate bin with the help of pneumatic blower. 3. VIAL & STOPPER GAP INSPECTION MACHINE

Skill Used: Solid works drafting and detailing, Fixture design Vial and Stopper inspection machine is a custom made arrangement to detect the gap between Glass Vial and Rubber Stopper. If the gap is more than the set limit in the vision controller it should get rejected. This machine is an extension of the existing machine, The mechanical setup of this machine is made in such a way that adjusting a single clamp camera, light and sensor position can be changed.
