Working with M/S Pyrocast India Pvt. Ltd. Kundli (Sonipat) An ISO/TS Certified company as a Sr.Production & Quality Engineer since May 2005 to present now.

COMPANY PROFILE:-It is a forging& casting company (Ferrous& Non Ferrous metal) Company involved manufacturing automotive parts & m/cing component for maruti udyog ltd., Hyundai motor India ltd, sandan vikas India ltd,subros ltd,knorr-bremse ltd, Escorts ltd,Railways parts,Defance, etc.

PRODUCT:- The company has a wide range of hot forging & die casting components like -Receiver drier,shell cap forging, flange forging, manifold,in let pad,out let pad,tube connector,connecting rod,cap forging,etc

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Manage & Control the function of Forge & Casting Shop.

Production planning for billet cutting,forging press,die casting power press,heat-treatment,shot-blasting,

Maintain rejection data on daily basis.

Achive the set production target and analysis prod. as cycle time on daily basis.

Preparation of break up cost for new parts.

Drawing study of new component,prepration of process sheet,inspection reports.

Participation the die development discussions

Maintain of ISO/TS documents.

Maintain PPAP,SPC,MSA, 5S,kaizen.

In coming inspection of raw material& final goods coming from suppliers.

Ensuring the inspection frequency being followed as per control plan.

Analysis of line rejection and taken corrective action.

Handling customer complaints &meeting of customers for improving process.

Looking day to day production activities,development of workers as per prod. plan, Quality System Implementation etc.

Ensuring continuous improvement in-process& product quality to achive qlty goal

Handling shop floor quality issue & line balancing .

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:-

Worked with M/S ACE Hardware pvt ltd.Ghaziabad(U.P.) An ISO 9001:2000 Certified company as a production engineer .from Dec. 2000 to May 2005.

COMPANY PROFILE:- It is a export company supply to various country like USA, UK, in leading brass hardware component for door assesaries ( handle,plate,latch& lock sheet metal parts).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Responsible to planning & realease raw material schedule to store deptt. & control at shop floor.

Responsible for scheduling loading of m/c punching turning,drilling,tapping,etc.

Tracking the production process of die & sand casting.

Analysis daily production report.

Responsible to production planning forging,casting, power press.

Hourly inspection on daily basis at shop floor.

Maintain PPM for controlling rejection on monthly basis.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:-

Three years Diploma in Mechanical Engg. From U.P.Techanical Board Lucknow with 1st Division in 1999.
