Employee #1 brownfield. Completed full facility re-set of purchased site and initiated all infrastructure and processes to create the new North American manufacturing based operation. Successfully implemented transfer of warehouse operations and sales/customer service functions from former facilities. Hired as employee #3 (GM and HR preceding) for brownfield startup of major expansion to the southeast, manufacturing personnel protection structures for major agriculture, mining, construction and military heavy-duty equipment.
