• Support the Museum Director and Chief of Staff, act as the face of the Director’s Office and direct point of contact for all Director’s Office visitors
• Route, distribute, and manage 100% of incoming loan requests for priceless artwork and objects, coordinating and communicating with respective departments to ensure the receival of materials needed to begin the loan process
• Spearhead administration and organization of MoMA alumni database consisting of over 300 former employees. Facilitate communication between alumni and Special Events Team in light of October reopening events
• Manage and organize all incoming mail, as well as draft daily internal and external correspondence for the Director, saving team ~10 hours per week
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, answering telephones, and providing overall administrative support for a fast-paced executive office on a daily basis
• Work directly with Director to maintain and update research on ~3,000 contacts, artists, and exhibitions as well as maintaining personal library of over 1,000 books
• Create itineraries to ensure smooth travel arrangements for the Director, whose travel purposes and needs vary from overseas press tours to domestic museum and studio visits
• Communicate with senior staff and department heads to gather information to be presented in All Staff Meeting slideshow, presented to over 700 MoMA staff members
• Liaise with all MoMA officers, trustees and senior staff, ensuring smooth communication between Director’s Office and receiving party
• Traveled to Chicago as part of MoMA professional development research trip focusing on fashion within the context of museums. Findings to be presented to a group of peers and supervisors
