Oversee and coordinate the planning requirements of project.

Oversee the preparation of the project contractual critical path project schedule including breakdown structure for submission and approval based on contract documents.

Ensure that detailed project schedules are prepared based on uniform company planning procedures.

Oversee the preparation of regular updates using all information received from PM, PCM, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Oversee the preparation and tracking of schedule of resources (plant and manpower) to meet activities

milestones (Histograms).
