This POR identified the content of the overall product which would be outsourced to contract manufacturers. Developed Scope of Work documentation and Request for Quote (RFQ) packets for outsourced contracts.

Managed entire quote process from initial submission through awarding of the business. Developed fully landed cost models and incorporated costing information into project budgets and future sales proposals.
