Projects
Construction Oversight
As a resident engineer, I was involved in various projects where I oversaw testing of sanitary lift stations, testing of pipes (using cameras), relocation of pipes, jack & bore, pipe tapping, excavation of pipe trenches, filling out permit for new or existing wastewater plant, etc. Urban Development Projects Design, Stormwater, Utilities and Environmental Permits As a Project Manager, responsible for the preparation of construction and specification plans and reports. Involved in planning and design of urban development projects from conception to final phases. The design included stormwater management facility and water and wastewater management and distribution systems. Provide technical assistance, quality control and quality assurance, and field inspections.
Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants Design
As a Project Manager for a small desalination plant in Mexico, I was responsible for the entire plant project from inception to closing. I spent several months commissioning the plant in the field (pipe connections, troubleshooting instrument, routing of electrical pipes to MCC, etc.). As a Lead Engineer for medium size desalination plant (RO) for the largest LNG plant in the world, I was involved in the design, commissioning and training. The plant included UF as a pretreatment, and REMIN as post-Treatment for potable and utility water and DEMIN water system which consists of 2nd pass RO and EDI. Developed PFD, PID, I/O list, generating all types of lists such as instrument, valves, I/O and spare parts. Developed process control narratives, utility consumption and O&M. Collaborated across teams which includes BECHTEL, Chevron, Xylem Australia, and Xylem USA on a weekly basis. Xylem is formerly known as ITT Industries.

As a Senior Engineer for a wastewater facility in Florida, I was involved in the design and rehabilitation of an existing wastewater treatment plant. The rehabilitation consists of addition new MBR to the plant, addition of pumps and tanks, rehabilitation of existing tanks and addition of a new PLC. As a Senior Engineer, I was involved in the design phase of pumping station designed for 7 to 32 Million Gallons per Day (MGD).
