Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs professional Employee Relations activities with a proactive approach while managing the overall Employee Relations for the Program.

• Supervises Employee Relations Representatives and assists HR Manager in developing and overseeing organizational Human Resource strategies, processes and practices for promoting diversity and inclusion on the Program.

• Resolves all Human Resources issues regarding employment law and compliance, provides mediation and conflict resolution services, conducts formal and informal investigations and recommends the appropriate corrective actions to HR Manager and Program Management.

• Setting HR & Management Policies and Procedures Manual.
