Duties & Responsibilities

•Grooming standards

•Attended daily briefing.

•Excellent knowledge of cleaning and all machines like single disk, wet & dry vacuum, carpet vacuum, scrubbing machines of Tennant company T1,T5,T7,T12,T20,&S30.

STAFFING:

•Enthuse your staff constantly to strive for customer delight and achieve 100% in your daily reports.

•Constantly move around the premises to check if the work is done as per the respective MS and correct the staff in case of discrepancies.

•Maintain a notebook to note down all the areas of improvement.

•Constantly allot to janitor the next task to be done.

CONTROLLING

•Check if the implements being used are stored in the assigned place and in order; else train the employees to do so.

•Check if the implements are being properly used; else train staff to use them in the proper way.

•Maintain a stock register; make a note of the material issued.

•Make sure that the day’s work is completed to the maximum satisfaction of the client at the end of every day.

•Check the area of work after the janitor finish their job to ensure that the furniture, etc., are in proper place.

•Check the time in/timeout of the staff with that recorded by the security.

REPORTING:

Fill the following:

•Logbook (at the end of the day): staff attendance, duty allotment, special cleaning done as per schedule and plan the work to be done, accordingly, for the following day.

•Project Report: Grooming and Punctuality checklist, briefing topic, TBT and work status at the beginning of every day.

•Attend to any complaints/suggestions given by the client, act accordingly and take a satisfied comment from them immediately.

•Get them attested by the manager at the end of the day’s work.

•Show the trolley maintenance book (with the total number of trolleys) to the maintenance-in-charge at the beginning of everyday.

•Write the damages or repairs of client’s infrastructure in his job order book.
