Sr. Manager – Human Resources

Responsible for employment agreements, employee on-boarding, performance management, employee manual, HR policies and procedures, employee relations, employee database including compensation and benefits, HRM documents and files maintenance and employee separation.

Responsible for quality and statutory compliance and payroll processing.

Interface with Management on establishing a Company Culture.

To evolve and implement proactive HR policies to attract, retain and reward talented and good employees, keeping in mind individual / organizational aspirations.

Manager – Human Resources

Head to all HR related functions and processes.

Responsible for PAN India for 12 branches HR profile of the company.
