JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
§Fabrication inspection fit up and welding inspection.
§Maintain the daily fit up record and check according to drawings.
§Monitoring the weld parameters of different welding process (GTAW, SMAW) in accordance with WPS.
§Review and evaluate drawings on plane, isometric and P & ID’s for monitoring the piping fabrication and erection.

§Maintain the post weld heat treatment according to ASME Section B31.1 & B31.3.
§Preparing and scheduling required NDT request including PWHT.
§Ensure PWHT of welds. Review of Stress Relieve Charts for conformance to PWHT Cycle.
§Mechanical Clearance for hydro testing & review of all related documents.
