Operational Level
• Managing and providing effective management of warehousing functions, including Inventory Receiving, Inventory Management & Order Dispatch functions to deliver high quality service for business units.
• Supervising the RDC Managers across the regions to keep our teams focused, inspired & driven to deliver—literally.
• Ensure highest standards are achieved in the Distribution Center in areas of safety, personnel, efficiency, & product quality.
• Developing and creating Processes, Policies and Systems to be embedded with the business standard.
• Drive consistency & cost reduction through the creation & implementation of standard work.
• Monitor workforce through the use of performance assessments and workload analysis.
• Maintaining & Promoting safe and healthy work environment by setting & enforcing the safety standards.
• Analyze complex operations and / or problems, identify causes and document, present recommended solutions including the evaluation of risks associated with recommended solution.
• Develop optimal warehouse design by planning layout, product flow and product handling systems to drive operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Ensures the compliance with local safety rules and regulations. External/Internal Customer, Stakeholder & Employees;
• Work within cross-functional teams to investigate service failures & develop, implement & monitor appropriate corrective & preventative action.
• Liaise with vendors and general contractors and ensure both internal/external Customer Satisfaction.
• Work closely with Operations Director/Managers, Sales Teams, Customer Service, Supply Planning Teams and other stakeholders.
• Achieving warehouse operations objectives by selecting, training, counseling, disciplining employees and communicating job expectations.

• Planning and preparing the Annual CAPEX & OPEX budget.
• Achieving financial objectives, controlling & scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Prepare future warehousing needs and requirement by analyzing the target growth rate, expansion/Shrinkage, customer demands, and facility end of lease.
• Achieving Monthly Operational KPI’s and Performance Appraisal Objectives.
• Manage a Warehouse Operations Dashboard, including a set of metrics and key performance indicators that will help the process of standardizing operations and allowing benchmark comparison between the different warehouses in the region.
• Liaise and oversee third 3PL providers and third-party workforce to ensure compliance with SLA’s and KPIs.
• Special Analyze Projects statistical & data Achievements; to determine effectiveness of the operating procedures. 1. Introduced Value Stream Mapping and authored VSM document as well. 2. Selected to lead WH & Fleet Transformation project as part of strategic planning and development. 3. Authored the physical inventory procedural instructions manual. 4. Successfully designed & Implemented “Rack Supported Mezzanine system”. 5. Successfully Implemented “TRANSIT DELIVERY POINT” Project. 6. Planning and Maintaining vehicles in order to keep deliveries and distributions on schedule and within its established budget.

Responsible for organizing the warehouse areas, making the best and most efficient use of space, and managing the day to day activities of warehouse staff and drivers. Duties; Managing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods from the warehouse. Maximizing space usage within the warehouse. Focused and making sure every item of stock gets to its destination on time, and that there are no shortages on shelves. Make sure the equipment is regularly serviced and help train new employees.
