Allocates the work force (Both staff & labour) to various site/location/supervisor as instructed by the Project Manager.

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and area wise manpower reports. (Staff, general workers and subcontractor workers).

Reporting all site accidents to concerned managers.

Ensure effective execution of the Workers Welfare Standards at site.

Maintenance of temporary facilities, common areas and housekeeping services at site.

Arranging transportation for staff and operatives and heavy duty and Light duty vehicles for site activities.

Arranging safety induction for the newly reporting employees at site.

Hiring and tracking of labor supply and approval of monthly time sheet whenever necessary for project.

Issuing warning letters for absents of labors from duty.

Handling employee grievance and keep good employee relations at project.

Distribution and collection of performance evaluations and get approved from site.

Maintaining proper record of employees on leave, from leave, resigned, terminated and absconded for the project.

Preparing time sheet for staff and for workers processing & uploading of punching data to Payroll System (EPHR) including overtime, bonus hours etc. as advised after proper verification.

Collection of allocation sheets from site on daily basis for proper costing purpose.

Random site check to make 100% output from the workforce by not allowing worker to take extra rest / break hours and late reporting, early leaving.

Coordinates with P&M for vehicle/machine service and repair.

Monitor the movement of every employee to project site and to the camp and ensure discipline and prevent any acts of misconduct.

Inspection of accommodation arrangements allotted for the project.

Checking of camp cleaning, housekeeping and general hygiene for the allocated project.

Coordinate with the nearest hospitals.

Maintaining all company properties and recreational facilities in Accommodation.

Attending complaints from workers regarding camp maintenance.

Accommodation allocation and maintaining total camp manpower data as recorded.

Arrange new employee accommodation requirements and Camp safety induction.

Ensure on timely pick and drop off of employees from their accommodation.

Ensure quality of facilities provided to the workers and employees including canteen and medical facilities.

Handling all incoming & outgoing correspondences.

Prepares and sends letters, memos and other correspondence to clients, consultants, and inter-office departments.

Document classification, sorting, filing, archiving of document in accordance to project document indexing and filing system.

Managing the registration and log for all project technical documentation such as (Incoming & Outgoing Register, Drawing Register, Material Submittal, Method Statement, Inspection Request, Site Instruction, RFI, CVI, site documents, subcontractor documents, procedures, and test reports).

Ensures proper circulation of documents and correspondence to all departments Construction, Engineering, Planning, & Cost Control, Personnel and Procurement.

Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel etc. to produce correspondence and documents.

Ability to priorities, proceed and complete jobs in accordance with company standards.

Ability to build effective relationship with senior management & other sub-contractors.
