I was successfully completed my project work at Menon Alkop (A division of Menon Bearings Ltd) Five Star MIDC, Kagal, Kolhapur. At that project there was lot of problems created, as like Economical, Educational, Social, PoliticalAnd Technological Problems. But I would try to find out there suggestions.
