JOB DISCRIPTIONS
●To enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures and responded to emergency situations that required security and safety assistance
●Responsible for supervising all employees and their work, motivating them in meeting company's objectives and goals
●Ensures vigilance in the section/area of work and ensures safety of property and people (guest and staff).
●Follow procedures for various initiatives, including patrol, traffic control and accident investigation
●Undertaking regular internal and external foot patrol of the premises.
●Protecting guest property against loss, theft, and etc.
●Conducting regular floor walks throughout a shift to ensure the smooth running of security operations.
●Ensure Security Guards are performing their duties to the appropriate standard.
●Assigning task and duties to an entire security team.
●Investigating security breaches and incidents.
●Ensure all necessary property inspections have been carried out and security equipment is in serviceable condition.
●Familiarizes self with all the fire and safety procedures as a member of the emergency team.
●Familiarizes with first aid techniques and other applications.
●Ensure all items going in or out have proper documentation and approvals. I.e. gate pass, suppliers form.
●Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
●Deploying the security Guards during their shifts
●Documents all daily occurrence within the security departments
●To operate and monitor all systems within the Control Center in an efficient manner ensuring that all work undertaken in compliance with operating procedures, legislation and codes of practice.
●To provide efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and deal efficiently with all inquiries
●Monitor CCTV cameras and perform interior /exterior patrols of the property
●Provide First Aid assistance for hotel guests, employees, and residents
●To provide an excellent customers service skill according to our hospitality business requirements
