IR & Personnel Management, Compliances.

●To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication;

●Statutory Compliance Management. Ensuring timely initiation and proper compliance of statutory requirements under various labour laws, including, but not limited to, CLRA Act, 1970, BOCW Act 1996, EPF&MP Act 1952, ESI Act 1948. Processing and submitting statutory reports & returns to civic authorities, viz, EPFO, ESIC Directorate, LabourCommissioner, Dept of Industrial Health, Safety & Environment, Pollution Control Board, etc and though LMS portals. Implementation of updated and renewed statutory polices into the compliance system. Familiarization and migration to automated and paperless statutory compliance system.

●Obtaining/generating and maintaining the requisite statutory records relating to attendance, overtime and earnings of all workmen at the site.Ensuring adherence to statutory compliance like ESI & PF, Factory Act, Pollution, Labour Contractual, workmen compensation, Employment Exchange and facing HR audits at Office by internal and external agencies

HR (General) Operations

●Mentoring the functional team, supervising and motivating them, and delegating works as per their responsibility to ensure end to end HR and administration processes.

●Draw out job descriptions and plan manpower for the organization in coordination with various functional Heads and monitoring hiring process to fill the job slots well on time effectively and efficiently. Managing orientation program for employees.

●Initiate and implement customized competency mapping, performance appraisal techniques to monitor the productivity of each of the employees.

●Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly. Interface with external vendors and suppliers for the implementation of corporate training or training programs to meet the business needs, also the cultural development, where appropriate.

●Payroll Management - Efficiently handling the wage and salary administrations of the entire work-force including variable compensation, overtime, expatriate’s compensation, special payments etc. Implementing various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees. Designing salary structure as per organizational requirements and prevailing industry trend. Liaising with insurance companies for different types of Insurances, workmen compensation insurance, gratuity fund, &medi-claim coverage to employees.

●Occasionally, produce and submit information to for “knowledge sharing” with all departments.

●Gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits. Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
