Leave Management System

This application is an Online Interface for Leave Application and Management for the employees of Fulcrum Logic. The major features of the application are listed below.

Responsibilities

User Registration: The new users will be registered onto the system by the HR teams. Some basic data like First Name, Last Name, Employee ID, Email ID etc need to be entered for registration of new users. This data can be edited by HRs later anytime as well.

Leave Application: Users need to select the type of leave Accrued/Leave without Pay/Comp Off/Official Travel and also Half Day/Full day. Data like Start Date, End Date, Leave Contact Number, Reason etc will have to be supplied.

Leave Withdrawal: Users need to select the particular leave that they want to withdraw. Users need not search through their leaves to accomplish this task.

Leave Management: Only HR Managers and Project Managers can approve/reject the leaves of their subordinates. They may also delay the decision of approving/rejecting a particular leave. Leave Reports can be generated depending on the access rights of the user.

Public Holidays: Only HR team can add public holidays. Data like Holiday Date and basic description need to be entered. Employees can view holidays of the current year on the home page.

Changing System Variables: Only HR team can change system variables like number of Expiry Days for comp offs, changing various display texts etc.

User Management: The HR team is responsible for user management. The HR team can change all the details for any user under their location. But the password for a user cannot be changed by anyone except the user.
