As a researcher to manage different project started from plan the concept, deliver and communicate the needs to the customers, confirmed the idea how to execute the plan. To train the trainer to execute the fieldwork through questionnaire that had been manipulated by the project concept to collect the information for further business development.

Qualitative methods allow us to analysis the data for forecasting the market need and consumer desirable thought, it could be reduce the gap of acceptance level between the product and the consumers themselves. For strongly connected to consumer habitual lifestyle, the quantitative methods will be more perfect correlation with, such as focus group or long-period panel tracing. The Project I completed as below:

Nokia - test the creative concept of mobile phone model for consumer’s acceptance level and desire to purchase

Unilever - hold a panel research 1 year for collecting the consumer suggestion via focus group, after using the new product of supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent and etc.

Simons - research the brand name in consumer mind and how they positioned its product.

Darlie - compare the image of the new product advertisement from U.S.A. and Australia, and find out which one will be better received in Taiwan market. Schaffer - Advertisement research

McDonalds - consumer behavior survey in the retail sales Etc.

Take double major graduate program in I/O (industrial and organizational) psychology and Counseling Psychology.

Industrial & Organizational psychology is my first major graduate program; it involved the two main categories including consumer psychology and organizational behavior. The latter part is my thesis view to research the organizational culture. Counseling Psychology is my minor graduate program; it not only gave me a further research toward the counseling theory and applied, also enhanced my capability to be a professional practitioner.

Belong to Asus Headquarter HRD department, Taipei. As a CDP (Career Development Plan) project team member to help company to drive a project in buildup Organization Culture. According to the company president adduced the whole picture of the company, Culture should not be just a logotype and concept, we should help to concrete concept by determined that the core values and competences in the company, it would be differ in management level but would not over access by the company objective. In dealing with these issues, one cannot but admit that it is seriously to discuss with all level of management, that is, we can confirmed that if we discuss with each level representative managers. From HRD profession, we should shape up the structure of being a learning organization and allocate the resources that highly sustain the learning structure within the company. On the other hand, consociate with IT team for infrastructure implantation. There is no doubt that learning effect will align with the performance appraisal management, pay more attention and get more result from learning organization.

Planning training program included outside and inside resources. Outside resources means cooperate with Professional consultant and university to help employees to enhance their own capability no matter in leadership and management. It will improve their personal and team effectiveness, especially in well performed in selecting, training, evaluating and rewarding their subordinate. Inside resources means that the mechanism of coaching and mentor from high level management approved.

After running CDP one year later, it changed to TDP(Talent Development Plan). Talent means that company will make more resources on them, help them become the company leader, no matter in which management level. Personality Test was other projects that I in charge of it; it is a project co-work with consultant company. The main purpose of this project was to set up recruitment process more efficiency in targeted the people more suitable for company, especially the candidate personal trait that must be the condition for company culture. For operation manager also have to learn how to recruit candidate the most they want and good for their team.

Although Personality Test was not built up from company itself, but it provided the norms built up from company leadership manager and employee who are attain top performance and who are recognized as potential leader. This test is good to adjust the candidates or employees for better know their latent capacity. Career Counseling was a one year project that provided for people who are invited to join the CDP project.

Separated from Asus Corp. One focus on Brand expands one focus on DMS. Belong to Pegatron Headquarter HRD department Taipei. TDP project still implant into pegatron company, but we shift the strategy and the concept in Individual, called IDP (Individual Development Plan), because we hope employees will be in charge with his own development plan. With the changes of the company philosophy, we were received and then transformed the concept of DMS, which means design, manufacture and service, into learning structure and infrastructure. We are allowed to participate to the upper level management conference of business. It is believed that we could further understand the core values of DMS in accelerating to the business development. In this light, if we can precisely evaluate the DMS content and its related behaviors criteria, there can surely be no doubt that we could implant details into learning resources in cement.

Infrastructure work of HRD is a vital part to power the organization structure that may be related to HRM systems, all of which are to be more convergent and compatible with the more constructed concept in forwarding the HR function in company.

The support from upper level management and functional team are the transforming job’s success key. The organizational behavior will appear in different aspects of changing, it should be taken a serious cure for implementation. Action mentioned:
