multiple projects on A/P, G/L, A/R, and several in-house applications. Wrote most of the batch G/L system. Accounting system is written in Magic xpa, a language developed in Israel.

A wholesale distributor of Sporting Guns. Started running SCO COBOL, and later Redhat Linux on Blade servers. This firm also has an In-house online system as well as web-based software for clients to purchase products. Complete line of back-end batch applications for the entire company product and financial needs.
Supported all applications as a member of a 6 person programmer team.
Handled numerous Accounts Payable changes. Coded and implemented a major change to Accounts Receivable correcting a duplicate record flaw in the software.
Wrote and implemented a system to allow sales history to be saved for expired products and reinstated if a buyer reordered the product or wanted old information combined newly acquired product.
Standardized all programs. These created error messages enabling operator to receive a standard error message.
Wrote several programs and modified others to send e-mails modifications to select users when needed.
Coded fixes to existing programs. This corrected bugs and/or improved software functionality.
