Lead design reviews with internal and external customer to identify functional improvements and opportunities for cost reduction.

Use Solidworks 3D CAD software to create fabrication, detail, operation-specific, and assembly drawings.

Determine material requirements based on part specifications and create manufacturing BOM in Workwise ERP system.

Define optimal manufacturing processes and develop standard work plans.

Create CNC programs based on part models using FabriWin and AP100 software.

Define critical print dimensions and designate inspection tool(s), techniques, acceptable tolerance range, and frequency of in-process inspection to assure all quality and design requirements are held.
