Accomplishments

Sales force implementation needed a scrum master as well as a Business Analyst for the regulatory track.

Learned SalesForce and led the 70 person team as the scrum master in daily scrum meetings, along with learning/representing regulatory process. Successful Go-live along with RA activities running smoothly.

Regulatory affairs department was not accurately represented in the SalesForce/ServiceMax implementation. Learned regulatory process as it applied to the SalesForce/ServiceMax implementation and helped find bugs, build enhancements, test processes and represented the project as the BA for regulatory track. Go-live was successful.

Company needed a scrum master to coordinate and lead the dev. team in India and track leads in the US to complete sprints for the SalesForce/ServiceMax go-live. Learned the Agile methodology in Scrum master training and used it to lead the 70 person multi country sprint team in daily scrum calls. Go-live was successful along with releases meeting the proposed timeline and with successful user acceptance testing.
