This project is an enhancement to CSAR (California Sex and Arson Registry) in pursuant to Senate Bill 384. This law will transition California’s lifetime sex offender registration to a tier-based system. To successfully transition and continuously support the tier-based registration system, complete criminal history information will be required, including: state, federal, and military conviction and sentencing data; risk assessment data; and state and county level incarceration data

Disposition Portal:

The Disposition Portal: Error Management project focuses on delivering a web-application that can securely present data to external Criminal Justice Agency (CJA) actors. Actors will consume this information in order to improve the data quality of the criminal histories held at the California Department of Justice. This will help facilitate both DOJ and the external agencies efforts to meet their legal mandates through a higher-quality, more-timely, and targeted information exchange.
