a. Providing a balanced academic program to the students which incorporate Intellectual,

Physical, Social, and Cultural activities.

b. Program Development / Annual Academic and Co curricular plans

i. Curriculum frame work planning before the academic year, delineating details of the

Annual Plan along with Primary and Middle school heads

ii. Further frame work planning per semester, per month and per week

iii.Text book evaluation and selection

c. Collaborating with faculty and staff to plan, implement and evaluate the curriculum.

d. Constantly endeavouring to research and incorporate the latest methods of teaching like

EDUCOMP/TEACHNEXT

e. Supervising, evaluating and improving instructional methods

2. Event management

a. Planning the school events for Pre-Primary,Primary,Secondary and senior secondary

School at the beginning of the academic year

c. Receiving approval for budgets

d. Liaisoning with outsourced partner/vendors for smooth functioning of all events

f. Determining expenses and savings at the end of each event & hence evaluating “Profit &

loss account”,”Trial balance charts” and “Final Balance-sheet” for the financial year.

3. Administration

a. Upholding the Mission, Vision & Philosophy of the school

b. Overseeing day to day running of the school with special emphasis on the academic program.

c. Ensuring proper discipline maintained amongst the students,teachers & staff.

a. Deciding on school admission strategy for the year b. Ensuring that the admission process is fair

5. School Budgets

a. Deciding on the school budget after taking into consideration and consultation `the

Academic & Co- curricular teams.

b. Details on events & special days in the budgets

c. Keeping eyes on the administrative costs of the school in the budget

d. Rigorous planning so as to not encourage any last minute purchases

e. Ensuring all purchases are done though predefined & licensed vendors having valid PAN-cards.

f. Preparing Budget-forecast and Seeking budget from SMC & ensuring proper allocation .
