• Dubai Airport Expansion, Dubai, UAE (2018). Design development and tender documents for several enhancement and upgrade packages in Dubai International Airport (terminal extension, security and staff access remodeling, lounges upgrade, etc.…).

2016-2018: Design Manager (KSA).

• KFUPM Business Park, Dhahran, KSA (2017). Design management, review and control of a mixed-use business park project (design by WS Atkins) that includehotels, residential and commercial buildings for a total BUA of 453,000 m2. 2012-2016: Senior Architect(Lebanon).

• Four Seasons Hotel, Kingdom Tower, Jeddah KSA (2015). Design development, tender documents and supervision of construction for a 268 keys 5-stars hotel with total BUA of 42,000m2.

• Hyatt Tiara Hotel at the Palm, Dubai UAE (2014). Design development, tender documents and supervision of construction for a 335 keys 5-stars hotel with total BUA of 65,000 m2.

• Sheraton Hotel, Nouakchott, Mauritania (2013). Design development, tender documents and supervision of construction for a 201 keys 5-stars hotel with total BUA of 24,000 m2.

• ADNIC Residential Buildings at Khor-al-Raha, Abu Dhabi UAE (2012). Design development, tender documents and supervision of LEED certified residential building with total BUA of 65,000m2.

• King Abdullah Financial District mixed use plot 2.11, Riyadh, KSA (2011): Design development, tender documents and supervisionfor mixed use occupancy tower R+12 floors with total BUA of 49,000 m2 including high end finishing, landscaping works, and all technical and infra systems.

• Cultural centers in south Lebanon (2011). Detailed design and site follow up for twelve independent buildings (500m2 BUA each) in different villages housing cultural centers funded by UNDP program.

• Horizonte Hotel Limited, Luanda, Angola (2010). Interior architecture redesign of 9 story hotelwith total BUA of 15,000 m2.

• College of arts at new Kuwait University (2010). Detailed design, tender documents and supervision of construction for College of Arts comprising all educational, administrative and faculty offices for a total BUA of 145,000m2.

• Catumbela international airport, Angola (2009). Detailed design, tender documents and supervision of construction for a new terminal building with ancillary support facilities

(cargo building, fire station, hotel, catering, maintenance, etc.…) 2008-2009: Design Coordinator (UAE).

• Thirteen Plots on Saraya island, Ras-al-Khaima, UAE (2009). Design coordination and client interface for a number of development plots in Saraya Island project comprising various types of residential units, hotels, villas, cultural and commercial venues with all infrastructure, utilities, roads and community facilities.

• Nikki Beach Resort, Ras-al-Khaima UAE (2009). Design coordination and client interface for a 120 keys 5-stars hotel facility on a 50,000 m2 plot. 2005-2008: Architect (Lebanon).

• Qatar Cool integrated District Cooling Plant, The Pearl, Doha (2008). Review of construction drawings in addition to design development, tender documents and site supervision for a 35,000 m3/day reverse osmosis plant.

• Jabal-al-Kaaba Hotel, Mecca, KSA (2006). Design development, tender documents and supervision of construction for a 1,735 keys 4-stars hotel with total BUA of 113,000m2.

• Jumeirah Park Villas, Dubai UAE (2005):Review of land use master plan, design development, tender documents and supervision of construction for 2764 villas complete with all infrastructure as part of a residential development covering 400 ha.

• Camama housing development, Luanda, Angola (2005). Design development, tender documents and supervision of construction for a new residential district of 24,500 units on a site of 1200 ha.

• Grand Hyatt Hotel & Resort, Beirut, Lebanon (2005). Design development, tender documents and supervision of construction for a 402 keys 5-stars hotel with a total BUA of 65,000m2.
