Objective
I have had the pleasure of being the go-to guy in a cabinet shop, running my own department at a HVAC company, also but not listed overseeing painting crews for Olsen Painting in Sioux Falls. In the last two years I’ve self-marketed myself to gain over 100 clients in the last year at Webit. I was #2 in sales, had the least number of cancels to sales (24 I believe) One of two to surpass goals set by the company. My clients talked about me and referred me often on social media. One of them spoke about me on his HVAC Podcast along with his sponsors. My goal is to aquire a postion that I can work with people and everyday have a challenge to strive to overcome whether it be surpassing sales goals or meeting deadlines.

I worked to bring in new clientele and generate new leads as well as retaining current client accounts. Utilizing CRM tools and Self-marketing for lead generation. Focusing on small to medium sized business and service industries I obtained 130 accounts nationwide majority through self-marketing on Social Media. Of those, 85% generated through self-marketing. I rose to become the number two in sales and had the lowest number of cancels to sales in the company. Became the second person ever to beat certain goals set forth by the company. Also worked closely with my Products Manager to bring forth new ideas and ways for departments to work together.
