Job Profile: Project- National Australia Bank (Credit Card Disputes): Project Description: Acquiring Chargeback. This is a Merchant based Credit Card Process. The current functionality of Acquiring Chargeback is, receiving disputes from the cardholder bank under different dispute reason such as Transaction Not Recognized, Debit Done after Cancellation, Duplicate Processing, Goods and Services Not Received, Incorrect Amount Processed and Goods and Services not as Ordered and contacting Merchant to solve the dispute based on scheme rules. When we receive the dispute, we will request Merchant to get supporting documents to remedy the dispute reason and once we receive the documentation from merchant, we will cross verify the documents whether merchant documents met the scheme rules or not. If it met the scheme rules, we will send the documents to cardholder bank else we will continue the dispute with merchant states not met the scheme rules.
Responsibilities: National Australia Bank (Acquiring Chargeback)
1. Fraud Analysis and Dispute Management: Credit Card Frauds & Disputes
2. Monitor / Investigate customer credit card accounts & dispute cases for fraudulent activity.
3. Working directly with merchants to resolve customer service issues or fraudulent/unauthorized activities.
4. Responsible for providing high quality client service includes client inquiries, Inquiry response/research, analyzing customer requests and problems related to credit card fraud and dispute claims.
5.Execute and perform the day to day resolutions of complex problems in a timely and professional manner to all escalated client complaints, disputes and charge backs.
6. Maintain a close working relationship with other departments (such as Payments, Marketing, Customer Services and IT, etc.,
7. Remain up-to date with any changes in card scheme requirements for charge back processing.
8. Working efficiently with VISA/MASTER rules for Merchant side chargeback.
9. Taking Care of the dispute and tracking it till the closure.
10. Well knowledge in reconciliation and playing major role on reducing the reconciliation errors in team.
11.Worked interactively with client during the knowledge transition phase.
12.Playing Major role in transferring knowledge to the team members and clarifying the doubts.

Whenever needs to delete the data from Vision PLUS, user can enter acquiring business org and accordingly data will be deleted from Vision PLUS master files.
