1. Investigation of vibration effect in incremental sheet metal forming process

Problem statement- The objective of internship is the investigation of effect of vibration in Incremental Sheet Metal Forming (ISMF) process.

Results-Surface finish has been modified using purposed tool path and set up. Temperature profile during the process of metal forming has been analyzed. 2. Design and fabrication of a voice controlled exoskeleton arm to aid dexterity impairment people(Jan-May 2017)

Problem statement- To aid a person who has lost the motor skill of arm to perform the grabbing, arm flexion-extension and wrist movement.

Solution- A wireless and Voice controlled Ex-ARM “Exoskeleton arm for rehabilitation and dexterity impairment”. The proposed arm is designed with the novel approach of controlling the whole hand

(including arm and fingers) using the voice controlled feature for applications in physical therapy, mobility assistance and also for rehabilitation.

3. Design and modeling of a Door using 2R-2P Mechanism requiring minimum operational space(Mar-Apr 2017)

Problem statement-Design of a door for limited space using 4 bar mechanism Solution-Designed a door using elliptical trammel mechanism to save space. 4. Design and fabrication of a Formula category vehicle for SUPRA SAE INDIA event held in July 2016.
